Breakfast was fery well, delicious and plenty taste. staff was excellent and room was so clean. The best restaurantn at neighgourgh is De Medici. Beach near hotel is bad, full of rocks and stones. But hotel was the best expiriance of all!

Aldrig mött på en personal med sån kundservice förut! Otroliga, fixade nytt rum med högre standard utan kostnad. Senare utcheckning utan kostnad. När man behövde hjälp var det ingen tvekan om att de hjälpte till!

Very good location. The hotel room was equipped with hairdryer, TV, kettle, toiletries, towels, fridge. Bathroom was nice, comfy beds. It's close to the shops and restaurants. A short walk to the central bars/ strip. Staff were welcoming and polite. Pool seemed decent though we didn't use it. A lovely view of the sea though there wasn't sand as such. Dinner was in the restaurant a short walk from the hotel. It was ok but inconvenient as not in the hotel itself. The food was nice though. Breakfast items seemed to run out too early and not replaced. Good for a short stay/ few days.

No bin in the room, only room key is given so if you are coming two or more and wanna go alone don’t have key. Thus needed to wake my friends up from sleep to open the door for me. Air conditioning takes ages to work, we were sweating for 20mins. The property owner is very unfriendly and aggressive as we talked, he was reluctant to hear and offer a solution. I’d definitely not visit this property again. The receptionist wasn’t even explaining the breakfast timing, WiFi password, the phone in the room didn’t work, the receptionist mentioned as you book cheap room it’s not the best. Well paying 120€ per night for room isn’t cheap or?

Everything else about the resort was very good, especially considering the price. The room was clean, the overall experience was good, and I was happy with the stay. The only issue I had was with the room I booked. I specifically booked a Sea View Balcony and paid extra for it because I wanted to enjoy the sea view from the balcony. Unfortunately, there was a large tree directly in front of the room that blocked most of the sea view. I mentioned this to the reception on the first day, and I was told that the room would be changed the next day. However, this did not happen. I asked again the following day and was given another excuse, but the room was never changed. I understood the situation from the beginning and did not want to make a big issue out of it, but I think if a guest pays extra for a Sea View Balcony, the view should actually be clear and not blocked by a tree. Apart from this issue, everything else was good, and for the price, I would say the resort offers very good value.

Leider würden wir dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Wasserfleck und die Verdunklungsvorhänge waren teilweise beschädigt und hatten Löcher. Insgesamt hatten wir leider den Eindruck, dass sich zu wenig um die Pflege und den Zustand des Hotels gekümmert wird. Auch das Personal haben wir als wenig herzlich erlebt. Ein freundliches „Guten Morgen“ kam leider kaum. Der Bademeister saß während unserer Zeit am Pool häufig am Telefon, was auf uns nicht besonders aufmerksam wirkte. Beim Frühstück war außerdem ein Gärtner tätig, während Gäste dort frühstückten – auch das fanden wir nicht besonders angenehm. Personal ist es auch egal das um 1:00 früh am pool Gäste party machen laut Musik hören das man nicht schlafen konnte obwohl der Pool nur bis 18:00genützt werden darf!! Das Frühstück selbst war für uns enttäuschend: Es war eher lieblos angerichtet und es gab keine Abwechslung. Dadurch haben wir uns schon nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr auf das Frühstück gefreut. Das Hotel könnte aufgrund der Anlage und der Lage eigentlich sehr schön sein. Leider fehlt es unserer Erfahrung nach an Pflege, Aufmerksamkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden das Hotel daher nicht noch einmal buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures on here, other than the pool, do not look the same. Bed sheets had dead ants on them. Shower had mold along the edges. Toilet seats with stains. Room phone and tv were pure decoration, it had no wires connecting them to electricity. Condom wrappers found by pool. The cleaning staff has a nasty attitude. In fact one was sleeping at night in the lobby sofas and screamed at us when having a conversation out there because she was sleeping. Turns out she was cleaning staff because she showed up at our room the next morning around 8/9AM without knocking and awkwardly stood at the edge of our beds asking us when were we leaving and insisting we go get breakfast when we didn’t want any. There was no knock, no mindfulness, she just stood there as we all slept. I walked over and asked for new towels as they were cleaning another room and they gave us that rooms old towels. When talking to front desk, it was pointless because no one knows anything. We reached out to Expedia while standing right there in which Expedia told they would reach out to the property because we wanted a refund before checking out asap. They let us no one is answering meanwhile of course there is no phone up there either. We literally did not hear a phone ring. The only benefit of this location is the closeness to the strip and restaurants on Nissi Ave. Other than that, please check other properties around their location for better experience!

היינו 2 זוגות עם ילדים והזמנו 4 חדרים. המלון מתאים ל 4 כוכבים. החדר מרווח ויחסית מתוחזק טוב. אין במלון מיטה זוגית אלא מיטות מחוברות בחדרים שהיינו בהם, זה יכול להתאים לחלק מהאנשים ולחלק פחות. הטלויזיה בחדר עם מעט ערוצים ולמרות שיש הרבה אורחים מישראל אין ערוצים ישראלים. גם ערוצי ספורט יש מעט. פארק מים שמופיע בתמונות לא פעיל מזה שנים. גם חדר כושר מסתבר שאין. החוף נגיש בקושי והליכה של כמאתיים - שלוש מאות מטר אליו. חדר אחד שקיבלנו היה עם גישה לבריכה המרכזית וזה הוסיף המון, בשני חדרים המזגנים עבדו טוב ובשני חדרים המזגנים היו פחות טובים שבאחד מהם במשך שלושה ימים המזגן לא קירר בכלל, הזמנו שירות לתיקון המזגן וזה לקח יומיים + עד שתוקן. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית אך חסרים תמיד דברים , עם זאת הצוות מנסה לסייע ולעזור . ארוחת בוקר עד השעה 10 בבוקר ואחרי זה מכבים מזגנים ואורות וזה מבאס אפילו את מכונת הקפה מנתקים ב 10 וכמה דקות למרות שהיה עומס מבקרים. סך הכל המגבות והאספקה שלהם בסדר אבל יש למגבות ריח לא טוב או שאין להם ריח טוב למרות שהם מגיעים לכאורה ארוזות לאחר ניקוי. צוות הנקיון בחדרים והמלון עובד טוב אבל אפשר להשקיע גם בשטחים המשותפים יותר. מיקום המלון מעולה במרכז איה נאפה הכל בהליכה מרחק 5 דקות מהלונה פארק ו כ 10 דק מניסי ביץ. יש מדיניות ברורה לצק אאטוט מאוחר וזה עזר. שילמנו 60 יורו והשארנו את החדר עד השעה 18:30 בערב. מגבות חוף יש לשים פיקדון של 10 יורו למגבת. הבריכה נעימה ולא עמוסה יש מיטות שיזוף בשפע. כדאי להאיר את השטחים הציבוריים בערב כי הכל מאוד חשוך. יש חניה בשפע גם אם לא בחניית המלון מיד ביציאה מהחניה ללא תשלום. הלנה מהקבלה הייתה שירותית וניסתה לעזור מאוד. צק אין מהיר וגם צק אאוט מהיר.
