"Initially given a very small room with no shower facility (just a bathtub). Staff happily accommodated our request to change rooms. New room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly. Location was excellent. Gym and sauna both required a fee to use."

"The annual Christmas market trip was to Munich this year. Now, hotels and taxis come very expensive in Munich, especially within the city centre, so we went with one of Munichs Holiday In Expresses, their large one located on the west side.
Balanced with cost, this hotel is perfectly located next to Hirschgarten train station. Easily reached by the Sl or S8 metro from the city or airport. Check in was friendly and helpful. Room was basic but functional. Shower was great, bed comfy, safe and TV...
