"While checking in, the staff was nice. The lobby was clean. When I got to my room, there was dirt and debris on top of the bed quilt. I pulled the sheets back, and there was human hair all in the sheets, I moved the pillows, hair everywhere. I went downstairs, notified Simone, who was so kind and attentive.
