They took their time to help me with a small explanation when i inquired about my final billing and cleared up any confusions i had in a timely manner without delay via email . Would love to revisit and will be telling friends and family of our experience . "

"The property is centrally located to the towns (Lucca, Volterra) we wanted to visit, but it is in the middle of nowhere. They provided us with a list of supermarkets. I think the one in Forcoli was the largest. We did eat at the Pizzaria nearby and the lasagna was good. It was nice to have an outdoor area to sit.The pool was nice. Good for families. Howver this property is not very good for people with accessibility issues. Lots of stairs and steps."

"A beautiful, relaxing property with incredibly kind and professional staff. Villa Lena has a character of its own that feels truly personal. We loved the design of the rooms and the touches of art throughout. The food was delicious and you could tell care was taken with its making. And again all of the staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to get help when needed. We traveled here with two children and greatly appreciated all the support from the staff. "Really disappointed with this stay, we knew we were before their main season, so the pool not being filled was expected, but the cabin we were given was at least a 20 year old mobile home, it had cracks in the ceiling that something white constantly dropped out of, it smelt damp and musty, the ceiling vent leaked during heavy rain, and for the last 2 days of our stay the loo was blocked which we did report, but they didn't sort, so we had to walk down the hill to the campers loo in the valley and back each time we needed to use a toilet. The site itself was okay, and in a very handy area for Pisa & Florence, but the cabin was awful, which really put a damper on things"
