"Camera spaziosa e pulita. Un po datata negli arredi. L’aria condizionata era molto rumorosa tant’è che abbiamo preferito spegnerla.la colazione buona ricca di dolci. Poco salato. Mancano le verdure. Il personale che assiste la colazione un po sbrigativo. Mi è capitato di chiedere un chiarimento ma la risposta non è stata molto cordiale. Anzi un po tranchant. La reception invece molto cordiale. Il ceckin è stato veloce e cordiale. Anche il ceckout. Migliorabile sicuramente ."

Nel bagno il lavandino è di cm 10x20 circa ; da sottolineare la totale assenza di: un qualsivoglia porta-asciugamano ( due piccoli asciugamani striminziti quelli forniti), un porta-rotolo, un gancio per attaccare qualsiasi cosa. "We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

"This property is well run with friendly staff who know how to please their guests. A great breakfast every day for 16 consecutive days at this wellness hotel without noisy kids was a delight for us. We were supposed to be on a cruise but an accident happened to my wife enroute which meant this hotel was our bolt hole for recovery of a displaced hip. "Wenn man Auto und Fahrräder dabei hat, dann ist er hier genau richtig, macht richtig Spaß und sehr ruhig . Zum einkaufen bin ich 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad hin . Zu Movieland und Aquapark 12 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zum Strand 16 Minuten. Einfach schöne Atmosphäre. "
