"Loved staying here as it was so close to old town/ city part and the beaches.Our room ( which we booked) was a terrace room which had a big space to sit outside. Didnt bother us but the terrace does look into the back of appartments. To illuminate that it would be best to book a room that has a balcony looking out to the road.I must mention the receptionist Agustina who was absolutely so helpful and welcoming. "No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach"

"The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x"

"I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...
