"We were treated absolutely so rude. Website isn’t user friendly. We knew there were 2 locations but nothing specifies which restaurant is at which. The hotel signs are inconspicuous so not easily seen. But honestly it was the patronizing and condescending staff. We were there for an event outside of the hotel but the amount of crackheads and suspicious activity in and around the hotel was alarming."

"The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement. "

"Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable."

"I chose this hotel mainly for its location, but overall the stay was disappointing. The air conditioning made a constant whirring noise whenever it was on, which made it hard to relax. The pillows were flat and flimsy, and the provided toiletries were empty upon arrival. Even the microwave was unusually loud when in use. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed—we could clearly hear our neighbors arguing through the walls. I expected a higher standard of comfort and quality for the...

"We stayed just one night. (thankfully) The young man checking us in was very nice although I asked for the top 3rd floor and got 2nd floor. Sure enough, the guests above us were obnoxious. Dropping something like a cell phone on the floor throughout the night. Children were running & screaming all over the place, up & down the stairs, everywhere. They were having great fun for no less than 2 hours from 9pm to 11pm at least. When I say screaming... It was non-stop. Unbelievable that parents...

"While the room was clean had good amenities and the staff was very friendly, we did not like our stay. Despite being on the 12th floor the street down below was still very noisy and could be heard all the way up. We were also right by the elevator and could hear constant clanking noises coming from the wall we shared with it. The parking was also very expensive for an overnight stay and you don't really have an other option."
