"We had a good stay at Hotel Palau Fugit, but instead of the room I booked (courtyard facing with patio) we were assigned a front facing room with balcony. It was a nice room, so I decided not to insist on a change. However… noisy revellers in the street outside until the early hours didn’t make for a peaceful night’s sleep. If you’re considering this place I’d definitely insist on a rear courtyard room. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was very good. The sofa in our room didn’t...

"El Porxo is a beautiful home/bed and breakfast in a quiet neighbourhood about 20 mins walk (5 mins bus or drive) outside the city centre. The neighbourhood has good restaurants and shops. Hosts are wonderfully welcoming and the breakfast is incredible. "

"Staff are fantastic, the bike room has a bike wash and limited tools. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of options for breakfast but felt the hot offering was not as good as previous stays. It's a 15 minute walk to the train station, another 10 to the old town but links straight to bike paths out of town for road or gravel."

"The front desk staff were excellent. The rooms itself have much to be desired. I felt like was back at my old college dorm and that was 30 years ago. The bed was small, pillows weren’t great and the ac never got the room cool. Luckily it was cooler out and we opened the window. Location was good. "

"Place was magical. Incredible views, architecture, service, food, etc. Rooms were huge and were cleaned daily, as well as towels replaced. The free breakfast was amazing, and Irene was always so attentive. Perfect place to stay and relax. Could not have been better."
