"Tres bon hotel proche d'une zone commerciale avec magasins et restaurant. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Pas de climatisation en hiver ce qui pose problème car pas de possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres. "

The staff were very courteous and handled our queries with knowledge and experience. Special mention should be made of Boris who served us in the restaurant and the coffee shop and went far and beyond the norm to ensure our stay was pleasant and our needs were met."

"Large, comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Public transportation was readily available, capable of connecting you to downtown quickly. Fantastic, extensive fitness facility on site. Plenty of grassy areas outside to walk your dog."

"The cabin was so clean and extremely comfortable. There was some nice mood lighting touches in the cabin and air conditioning that could be controlled on a panel in the cabin. The view from the lift area was amazing, you could see the castle. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. The hotel is in a perfect area, just a short walk from the river, I couldn’t have asked to stay in a better hotel. "

"Be warned that you need early coordination for key pickup as there is no reception or self-checkin, which we were aware before booking. We had to wait over an hour to meet the host late in the evening when we were so tired. The condition of the apartment was bad. Faucet was broken (though usable), cracks on walls and ants in the kitchen. We would've left if we had other availability nearby. "
