"The staff were so helpful. our daughter arrived very late and there was no food available and the staff went into the cafe and found cookies and cake. The day of our checkout I left my IPad behind- I was contacted and then the staff very graciously arranged for a guest checking out the next day to bring it to me at our next destination. Above and Beyond service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palms for a stay in Denarau! And the cafe coffee and breakfast were all fantastic! "

"The room was clean, stress-free, friendly and professional check in service in the evening. All of the staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety of foods, and my children enjoyed a swim im the pool afterwards. Would rerurn in the future. Well done to the team. "

"A nice resort with separate Adult area/pool. Went to 3 of the restaurants Lebanese, Italian & Thai, all had extensive menu and the food was amazing. Spa was amazing and affordable. Great stay."

"Way above expectations!!! So happy we chose this hotel for our 3 day layover on our way to Australia. We stayed here traveling to and coming back. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and more like a lunch than breakfast. Smoked salmon, pastrami, fish with spinach and chicken stir fry along with the most delicious fresh papaya, watermelon and pineapple. The staff is professional and caring beyond words. I’d like to mention specially Vilisi and Ilisapeei, amazing service !!! You are the best !! Also: Tupou, Ram, Fozia, Ulimaina We were delayed 11 hours from our return flight to Los Angeles and Vilisi took care of of us like a loving relative. Cannot wait to come back to see my Fiji family ❤️❤️"
