"The staff were easily the most welcoming and accommodating I’ve experienced in a long time. They were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs. I was welcomed with a bouquet of flowers and treated with total consideration. The room was comfortable and large and of good value. The food was excellent. The property has sweeping views. "firstly I would like to say that when I saw a mixed postive and negative reviews about this hotel I was skeptic but I thought I will give it the benefit of doubt and can say that our stay overall was really good apart from a few small thing's. Hamid - very helpful and resourceful, he was always ready to answer any questions I had. I could sense that he genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Hotel room: Reasonably good not as exaggerated as most of the negative comments we had nice balcony view of the pools/mountains, the showers were great! side note: The cleaners were constantly keeping the rooms spotless and was always being very nice to my daughter. if I was to nitpick on the rooms it would be that they do need a little bit of an upgrade as the walls did have some wear and tear but that wouldn't stop me from revisiting. The food: typical hotel food, variety options , many desserts, coffe/tea available. most of the caterers were really friendly and diligent to help guests except one or two occasions when it came towards the end of a breakfast/lunch/dinner the 1 or 2 individuals were almost rushing for us to leave. While I understand that they are allocated times for the food, please understand that some of us have sick and stubborn children that did not sleep all night. the swimming pool was a little cold but okay to use however the jaccuzi barely had any strength left. will likely revisit again, thanks for all your hospitality!"

"Room was clean with hot water shower. Tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very pleasant and courteous. Bar area with swim up seats, had some lovely cocktails from barman Daren. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold dishes which was more than adequate. Lovely boutique hotel close to town."

"Room was lovely, clean and fresh. Bathroom was really nice and the shower was great. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was limited. No fruit juice and the coffee looked like cheap powder. We had bread, cheese tomatoes and cucumber. There was no butter or yoghurt that i could see. Everything was cold but we realised the electricity was off in the area. The worse thing was the road. The approach is short and steep but it's a busy road with no pavement or barriers. It was hairy at times. We walked up and down in daylight but got a taxi at night for safety. The road noise was constant in our room. We had checked in for 2 nights but stayed one. I felt unable to just walk out for a stroll. Oludeniz was fab of a day but not our scene at night so we decided to leave."
