"Room #2 that was given wasn’t cleaned when we got there (we rented 2 rooms with two queen beds…. Ended up getting 2 rooms 1 king/ 2 queen beds & apparently it was the same price, did not accommodate due to the issue). It was not a good experience at all, pool looked like it needed to be skimmed or cleaned ( didn’t get in). Staff was very abrupt/short. And all the dang handicap spots were taken by vehicles with no placards saying handicapped (looked like owner or main staff parked there) and my husband needed a spot but nothing available even though I booked 6 months in advance because they were within budget and had a good score per reviews at the time. If I could give a minus star rating it would be that instead, was horrible. "

"We had to search for staff on premises and call a few times to have someone check us in. Then they were rolling a very large cleaning cart in front of room extremely early every day we were there waking us up. "

"The view and bed was great. Loved the kitchen! Plumbing issues made for a unusable bathroom sink and lukewarm shower. A roach infestation could have been easily remedied with some raid traps on a regular. Overall 3 stars"
