"A very good location, especially if you want to enjoy a great dinner - the restaurant is very good, specialized on local food, therefore also the parking area is most of the time crowded - parking can be a challenge sometime even consider the end of the road left side area. Hotel have an interesting architecture (there is a description for those interested) and is located somehow closer to the city outside limit then to the center so you definitely need a taxi or a personal transportation, but the area is pretty quiet generally speaking."

"Very nice feel about the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, room clean and spacious with generous size beds and a fridge, breakfast was excellent, also with plenty of veggie and vegan options. Shuttle wasn't available when I stayed there, but plenty of taxi options so in the end it was OK in that respect. Will stay here again when I come back to Bacau."

"Beautiful surroundings. Many activities to enjoy. The food was outstanding. My wife and I both had interesting massage experiences having had hundreds of massages. Out therapists did a good job, but never have we had a therapist stay in the room with us while we undressed and dressed. They always step out of the room for privacy. That was awkward. There was also no hot water in our room for bathing. "

The hotel continues to impress us with its excellent service and thoughtful design. What we loved most was the room layout—although it’s listed as a single hotel room, it’s cleverly divided into two separate spaces. This gave our 12-year-old daughter her own area and provided my spouse and me with the privacy we needed, making it feel more like a mini-apartment than a standard room. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping team was exceptional, keeping our room spotless with daily cleaning. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience of the location—everything we needed was just a short walk away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Central Plaza Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Piatra Neamț! "

No one said anything the day prior if there is no driver. if an event is taking place at the restaurant, entire restaurant is busy and in hotel guests are unable to eat. Some other options would be appropriate for the near future. And have more authentic options on the menu that are hunagrian/transylvanian. I would visit again. "

This time we spent ten days in Piatra Neamț and this hotel was exactly what we needed and expected.
