"The KIN Hotel was a nice surprise in that the rooms were as nice as depicted in the pictures, the lobby was impressive, the staff were friendly and it had a great rooftop pool and bar. The location was good and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the river. We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very enjoyable. "

Near new residential apt block ,
24hr security so no problems with collecting passes on self check.
All the rental apartments are on 3 adjacent floors with their own lift ; separate from the residential units so no interaction or noise from residents activities
All the essentials in place to have a better, long stay experience than being in a hotel room .
Great shower ,nice bed , cool A/c ,small lounge area , and desk spaces .
Best location ever.
< 5 min walk to Opera House...
