"The property was beautiful but the ac in the room kept us up all night, every time it would kick on it made a horrible noise. The room was comfortable otherwise and it was nice to have a balcony. I will say, we did not complain/mention the noice from the ac but I’m sure they would have been more than helpful if we did. The breakfast was a little unexpected, it’s just cereal bars and food you have to heat up yourself so we did not really enjoy that. The stay itself was okay."

"I have used this hotel for multiple business stays. I have noticed some items that have prompted me to decrease of my overall rating from giving a 5 star. The parking was nearly impossible. Almost all of the vehicles were utility vehicles that weren’t even working on the hotel! They were working elsewhere! Some of the staff were incredibly rude about the choices that were being made at the breakfast bar. They would make comments to each other about what items the guests picked, which isn’t...
