"Looks like an abandoned dilapitated property. No customer service at desk. One broken cart that you'll have to trek to your room (about a football field). The first room was filfthy (dead bugs everywhere) and A/C and phone didn't work so we had to trek back to front desk. They gave us a 2nd room, right in the middle of all the housekeepers rooms (their housekeepers live on-site). We chose it because of the laundry room. It's really nice and big. We planned our trip around stopping there and using the laundry room halfway through our trip. It's very clean and nice. The front desk staff was friendly."
