Wir waren etwas zu früh vor Ort und wurden unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer erst ab 14 uhr fertig wäre, wir könnten aber die Tiefgarage schon benutzen. Die 3 Euro / Nacht für die Benutzung wurden nicht erwähnt. Zum Abendessen gab es wohl verschiedene Bereiche, welche aber erst auf direkte Nachfrage erklärt wurden. Getränke gab es für uns keine, da wir kein Bändchen hatten. An der Bar wurde Lilet wild berry angepriesen, als Getränk des Tages. Der sehr freundliche Barkeeper wies uns aber darauf hin, dass keine Beeren da wären und er musste den Lilet auch erst aus dem Lager holen. Das Cocktailglas hatte außerdem einen Sprung. Die Zimmer waren nicht die saubersten, aber alles in allem ok. Der sogenannte Service war unfreundlich und offenbar auch überfordert. Wir reisten aufgrund des Br Familientages mit unserem Kind nach Bad Füssing. Das Hotel war leider alles andere als Familienfreundlich. Es ist selbstverständlich, dass wir in einem Erholungshotel ruhig sind und auch das Kind soweit beschäftigen, das keine anderen Gäste sich belästigt fühlen. Leider hatte man für uns, trotz Bemühungen, nicht mal ein Lächeln der Freundlichkeit übrig, sodas wir ins weder wohl noch willkommen fühlten.

Sevice an der Bar, zu lange warteueiten für Bestellung, bezahlung war nicht möglich weil er überfordert war, legen unsser Geld auf den Tisch und gingen. Hätte gerne weitere Getränke getrunken. war jdoch nicht möglich weil keiner kam. Beim Frühstück Personal unfreundlich, auch schlecht deutschsprechend.

Ich hatte einen Tisch am 10.11.18 bestellt. Meine Frau hatte am 8.12.18 Geburtstag. Sie wurde 50. Ausgemacht war mit dem Hotel, dass an diesem Morgen für uns ein Tisch reserviert wurde. Mit Blumen und Sekt. Leider ist das absolut in die Hose gegangen. Ich bzw meine Frau waren sehr enttäuscht das das nicht geklappt hat, trotz Email Bestätigung. Ferner war im Angebot des Hotels Wellness angeboten worden. Das ist echt lachhaft was dort geboten wurde. Von Wellness keine Spur. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind mehr oder weniger in einem Raum. Ruheraum nicht vorhanden. Keine Liegen..... Man konnte nicht mal vor die Tür um frische Luft zu atmen und sich abzukühlen. Lachhaft!!!!! Zu guter Letzt ratterte in der Sauna ein Lüfter.... Von Ruhe und Entspannung keine Spur.

Nettes Hotel mitten im Kurviertel.

Wir haben 3 Nächte dort verbracht. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber. Günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage. Zufahrt ins Kurgebiet (eigentlich) zwischen 0:00 Uhr und 6:00 Uhr verboten. Es gibt keinen Aufzug von der TG in die Zimmer Etage.
