Er was niets goed, de kamer rook muf, de airco werkte niet, het ontbijt was slecht (broodjes niet vers , koffie lauw, beleg op broodjes was ranzig deze waren al belegd, eieren kei hard etc, etc. Het restaurant was niet open i.v.m. een verbouwing vandaar ook het slechte ontbijt denk ik. Het personeel was niet vriendelijk en leek geïrriteerd. We zijn eerder weggegaan zonder restitutie van de niet gebruikte hoteldagen

Past its best

Stayed for a night on the way to a day out in the Eiffel. Hotel has seen its best days - some time ago. Seemed to be full of locals their for a "wellness" stay - although they were all in the bar late on Friday night. Room was ok, clean, smelt a little damp, but looks liked it was last renovated at some point in the 80's.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Freundlichkeit könnte etwas besser sein, insbesondere auch in Corona Zeiten.

Close located to City center

Close located to the city center (10 min by feet). Quiet area. I stayed on a very hot day. The lack of ventilation/AC and therefore spending the night in very warm room was quite uncomfortable

Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, von Wohlfühlen und Urlaubsstimmung kann hier nicht die Rede sein. Hinzu kommt der sehr unfreundliche Service und die starre Ignoranz des Personals.

Leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, im Stil der schicken 4 Sterne Häuser aus den 90er Jahren, hier und da kann man gerne etwas renovieren. Das „Corona“ Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach sehr lieblos gestaltet. Es gab „Müsli“ das beschränkte sich auf Cornflakes, bunte Ostereier (Ende Juli) und als Obst „Variation“ Äpfel oder Birnen im ganzen. Also Frühstück hätte man deutlich besser an die Bedingungen anpassen können.

Hotelzimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und stellenweise auch kaputt. Sonst war es sauber und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist aufgrund von Corona etwas dürftig aber ausreichend.

Also unter einem Dorint Hotel hab eich mir deutlich was anderes vorgestellt. Abgerockte Zimmer, Teppich der Wellenschläge Kaputte Marmorfliesen Im Bad und vor allem bei Temperaturen weit über 30° keine Klimaanlage.

Insgesamt: Unfreundlich, vollkommen abgewohnt, eine gründliche Renovierung ist von Nöten! Empfangspersonal muss ausgewechselt werden! Silvestermenü vollkommen überteuert! Ich werde dieses Haus auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen!

ÜBERHAUPT KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!!

Total veraltet und preislich im Vergleich völlig überteuertes Hotel. Die schöne Lage kann nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass der Service und die Ausstattung des Hotels seit Jahrzehnten nicht angepasst wurden. Der Preis ist im Vergleich eine echte Frechheit. Auf dem Zimmer war eine alte und geöffnete Wasserflasche vom Vorgänger noch da, Haare, die nicht zu uns gehörten und die Reklamation zu heftiger Geruchsbelästigung - es roch nach Kanalgas - wurde in einer mehr als fragwürdigen Mail als nicht existent abgelehnt. NIE WIEDER!! Von diesem Hotel ist meinerseits abzuraten.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung der Zimmer, sehr unangenehme Gerüche in der Nähe von Toilettenanlagen und Aufzügen, die Lobby-Bar war an allen 3 Tagen geschlossen, sehr langsame und störanfällige WLAN-Verbindung, statt eines Blickes in den Park hatten wir die Zimmer über der belebten Tiefgaragen-Einfahrt. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
