"The person a the front desk wasnt helpful at all the beds are very very hard the bedsheets was ripped no pleasant at all ."

"All good"

"The hotel is in an excellent position, parking is easy and access to the city is a few minutes on foot. It is a beautiful property, lovely places to sit inside and out. Our historic room was very clear, large and well presented. I will definitely look forward to staying here again"

"Have you ever checked into a hotel and been made to feel that you were an inconvenience? That you were interrupting someone? That you were being looked down at by someone who thought they were superior? I was fortunate in my work and now in my retirement to have traveled the world for 30 years averaging about 250 nights of travel per year. Never, ever, have I been “greeted” with such rudeness and arrogance. We were demeaned and considered leaving after our miserable experience at check in but...

"Need more room care and cleanliness."
