"The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. We arrived our room wasn’t ready but they stored our luggage and we were free to go about the town. The servers in the restaurant were also nice."

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone.
Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good.
Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted.
Spa was excellent and a must...

"Nice clean place, we had the upper patio too so very nice sized room. We liked the chill vibe by the pool. Overall reasonable value. Not in the heart of Barcelona but the area does have a few places to eat nearby (we enjoyed the empanadas across the street but I saw the Italian place nearby is very popular but u must make a reservation for supper)."

"The hotel itself is faultless. It really is a 4 star hotel. The staff were really friendly and professional, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great amenities.
The air con worked amazingly well in the unusually hot weather (hot even for Barcelona apparently).
We relied on public transport so it wasn’t as quick and easy to pop from the hotel to the city centre etc but this is by no means a negative to the hotel - just good for others to be aware of."
