Great spot to explore Baden-Baden, a 40-minute hike to the castle ruins, good amenities, and a great breakfast. Attentive staff and clean place.

Incredible hotel in a nice location if you're planning to go to the spa and Black Forest. The room was spacious with a balcony and the staff was friendly and helpful

The staff was very polite and the distance into town is honestly, a 10 minute, easy walk. The breakfast buffet was fine. However, the room's carpet and towels were tired, although the bed was good.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, breakfast was nice in the morning, not too much hot food but everything tasted fresh. Great location, bus stops right outside or can easily walk in to town, less than 10 minutes and a lovely walk along the river/park.

The hotel is located across a performing arts center with plenty of parking. Very important if you're in a car. The property is beautiful and in a busy street. The lift is only for luggage and not people, My 66-year-old knees suffered a bit going up several flights of stairs but they survived. Wish we had more time but we were on the move.

Good reception, family run older fashioned hotel. Room was fine and clean, though bathroom quite small. Enjoyed the breakfast with fresh eggs and cheeses, coffee/drinks as well as homemade jam, all with attention to detail. Thank you

Solides Stadthotel in guter Lage. Frühstück ausreichend, wenn auch nichts spektakuläres. Man merkt dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre geko ist, dafür war es in meinem Falle aber ein fairer Preis.

This beautiful little hotel is a great place to stay when in the Black Forest of Germany. The hotel is an older building which makes it even more comfortable with a rustic feel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but much like hotels in Europe. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. No fear, looking up a long staircase should not make you worry as there is an elevator to get you up to your room. The staff is really helpful and the morning breakfast is very nice. Parking is across the street in a public parking garage, but a very short walk and easy to get in and out of. Public transportation stops in front of the property and with transfers you can get anywhere in town. We spent five nights and would have liked to spend more as the whole area is very beautiful.

Maybe the quality was in line with pricing, and if so, we wished we’d paid more and tried elsewhere. We found breakfast choices a little limited. Pillows were lumpy and flat, so we didn’t sleep well. Room spacing a little tight. English speaking channels on TV didn’t work. Location good for access to town.
