"This place is the perfect spot if you are traveling around Vienna. Literally on the doorstep of the central train station and next to a main underground station and tram stop. There is a Lidl and Aldi nearby so perfect if you want to grab some food in. There was a small kitchenette which included a hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, sink and dishwasher. The shower was nice and powerful so 10/10 there. The bed wasn't that comfortable but I have slept in worse beds. The only downside to the room...

"We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. "Der Check-in war umständlich, da zunächst ein Online-Formular mit persönlichen Daten ausgefüllt werden musste, bevor die Zugangsdaten bereitgestellt wurden. Der entsprechende Link funktionierte mobil jedoch nicht. Auch die Kommunikation über Expedia blieb erfolglos, sodass wir die Daten telefonisch anfordern mussten. Die angegebene Adresse war irreführend, da sich die Unterkünfte auf mehrere Häuser verteilen. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den Bildern: Die Kinderbetten waren anders angeordnet...
