"Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ...

"We reserved at the last minute and the unit was not ready. The owner was very quick to find us another one vert close by, which was appreciated. However, that unit had no ac and smelled very bad, espacially in the bathroom."

"Leider entsprachen die Bilder aus dem Netz gar nicht der Realität. Die hygienischen Zustände und insgesamt die versprochenen Räumlichkeiten, sind selbst für einen Junggesellabschied unzumutbar. Als wir ankamen, waren die Fenster auf, dieses erfreute die Tauben der Umgebnung, die dementsprechend das Zimmer zugekotet hatten. Es befand sie auch nach der Reinigung?? Spritzenbesteck auf dem Boden. Auch das Badezimmer, entsprach nicht den Bildern. Nach dem erlebten , haben wir die Unterkunft er gar...

"Handtücher haben schon bessere Tage gesehen und der Fernseher im Wohnbereich ist sehr niedlich. Insgesamt aber ordentlich und sauber."

"We really liked the location, everything was convenient. The apartment was very cozy and quaint, it felt like home. It was not modern or fancy, maybe a little dated but we found it charming. The kitchen was well equipped and the shower/bathroom clean with lots of hot water. Our only complaints were that the floor was dirty (it needs a really good mopping) and the air conditioner was noisy (I think the fan needs servicing or cleaning)."

"It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment."
