"I could give this hotel ten stars out of five if I could.
Clean and spacious room. No noise from airport at all. We ordered a crib and it was already set up in the room which almost never happened with North American hotels we were used to. The crib was bigger size than North American standard, came with mattress, cute beddings, and a complementary kid's toiletry bag.
The highlight was the front desk staff on the evening we checked in. We drove all day from the lake district to Vienna airport to stay one night before catching our early morning flight. It was raining and our toddler was exhausted and throwing a tantrum. The front desk lady who checked us in was so nice to come out of the lobby and give us detailed instructions to the parking.
By the time I got my toddler into the lobby he was in full blown up mode. Piercing cries can be heard in the entire airport I'm sure, but nothing I did could calm him. A staff member came to offer a pouch of juice and a chocolate bar, and he was instantly quiet. Then the front desk lady came and gave him a toy car - his favorite kind. That sealed the night to be one that he'll remember for years.
Special thanks to the kind people working in the lobby that night. The property was impeccable to begin with, but you guys were the stars! I didn't get the name of the lady at front desk, but she's from Ukraine. It was June 10. If the manager sees this please give her a raise!"
