Lady on reception was very nice and helpful, we had a studio with pool view the room was very clean and tidy balcony was a good size and the kitchen was great if you needed to cook but we never. "Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"
