"My family and I have been staying at the Aparthotel Bertran for a week or two every summer during our annual trip to Spain to visit family.
We have tried other hotels in the area, but this one meets all our needs and offers the best service and attention. The cleaning staff are very helpful and keep the rooms absolutely spotless. "Endroit très propre, accueillant dès l’arrivée. Déjeuner pour tous les goûts. Personnel très à l’écoute, poli et disponible.
Seule bémol est le manque d’une buanderie sur place, mais ceci ne lui enlève pas d’étoile! Ce qu’ils offrent comme services compense bien cet aspect.
Idéal pour une famille, dans mon cas un bébé et un enfant. Parques à proximité. Restaurant à même l’hôtel offre une bonne nourriture."
