Located in a quite part of the city. Bus connections are convenient. Everything is a bout 30 minutes away. Hotel staff are helpful. Hotel property is nice. Bed is super comfortable. We did not use the available breakfast, but that is an option and they looked busy. Room had a kitchen, but hotel said they would charge if you used it to cook in.

Very good but with a few flaws

Overall, we (3 pers.) found our stay very good. The room and bathroom were big and clean, the latter with good water pressure. The kitchen facilities were alright (very basic utensils). It was equipped with a coffee machine, however, a kettle would be more useful. Good location. The city center (La Rambla) could be reached by a 30 min. walk, which isn't bad considering that you see some attractions along the way. The room did have some flaws. The wifi was quite bad, despite informing the staff. The walls are quite thin, so if you have loud neighbors, it may keep you up at night. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind. It's close to everything with a grocery store on the corner and a laundromat right there as well. Apartment was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel in Graçia

I love this place! It offers everything you need for a confortable stay in Barcelona. Near the metro and bus stations, a lovely neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants and great people. Rooms are super clean, cozy and big. This is my second time in this hotel and will not change for any other.

Great hotel in a quiet residential area of Barcelona with a reasonably short walk to Passeig de Gràcia. We have a family room, which was very clean, modern, spacious and well air-conditioned. The entire hotel is well-maintained and clean . The staff at the reception was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great with a wide range of choices in a lovely breakfast room. Highly recommend!

Nice locatin in Carcia. My Rooma was very spacious, clean and minimalistic, not new but very good value for the price. Only minuses would be the lack of soundproofing, which in a quiet area is not a very big problem. The other thing I would have appreciated would have been drinking water. One "eco refill" glass bottle was only provided for the first night, even though the price is the same for every night.

It's clean and nice property. The walls were thinner than other properties I've stayed at, woke up to some noise every night. We also got stuck on the elevator, but front desk staff were quick to get the key to get the doors open.

Check in was great. Room in general too. We didn't got a welcome drink, but that's Okey. Checkout needed 15 minutes (system down and then he wanted us to pay the city tax again, but we payed that the day before) and we nearly missed our flight. But I would come back for sure and I recommend that place for everyone who is looking for a bit luxury apartment hotel.

The location is good as it’s a walking distance from Gracia station and a few bus stops nearby. Wifi is too slow - often disconnected. The room is ok - acceptable level. However, the safe in the room is a crap. We couldn’t unlock the safe for twice during our stay and had to raise the same issue for multiple times until they took actions needed. As the safe didn’t work appropriately, we had to keep all valuables in our suitcase and bring it to the reception for them to keep it everyday before going out. This happened to another safe in a different room as well - so it was not unique to the specific safe. Not well maintained. Do not use the safe in the room as in the worst case scenario, you cannot unlock it to collect items before checking out. The safe in the room is designed as a “smart safe” where you can lock and unlock the safe by using the app. However, the staff told us not to use the app as it didn’t work well and ask us to use PIN code to do so - there is no such instructions in the room and manual PIN functionality didn’t work either, meaning the safe is useless. I would refund some of the paid accomodation fee if I were the hotel manager due to extremely inconvenient circumstances, but it seem that they didn’t even felt sorry about the issue. In addition to the above safe issue, the towel and some amenity goods were not replaced for a couple of times during our stay. The quality of housekeeping is below standard. Very disappointing customer service.

I’ve booked this place twice. The first time was a very good experience, which is why I came back—this time with children. Unfortunately, the second stay didn’t meet the same standards. The cleanliness was not as good, and I noticed small insects in the bathroom at night, which was unsettling, especially with kids. I hope the hosts can improve on this, because the place has potential. Despite the issues, I would still recommend booking with them, especially if these concerns are addressed.

Last minute stay in Barcelona

Booked last minute and was glad there was a triple room available. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bar was a good place to relax. We did not get to try the breakfast. Helped us have a fun trip to Barcelona in the nice and quiet Gracia neighborhood.
