"The location was excellent and apartment was very spacious. It was clean but a little tired and worn in places. We had breakfast included and it was really lovely and lots of tables available every morning. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooftop pool and gym were also good but work was being done so the toilets/ bathroom up there was out of service. "Check in was a disaster the self check kiosk did not work after trying multiple times and i also had two wait in a very long line to use it then after i didn’t work i headed over to the customer service desk the employees were very rude and disrespectful and kept on asking personal questions and took very long to check me in and hand me the room keys and they were also saying stuff to each other in there language which i didn’t understand but i presume it was racism and swearing towards us.
