"Very convenient location. We wanted to stay at the Union but very expensive. This hotel was actually much closer to campus than it seemed. On a nice somewhat warm night, it was a nice walk from restaurants etc. near campus to the hotel. Nice lobby bar area...though we didn't use the bar. Helpful people. Check in easy. Room was very very clean and beds very comfortable. Great price."

"The place is being remodeled, it's poor workmanship being done, fire sprinkler head hanging out of wall in 3 floor hallway, toilet paper roll hanger moves in wall and drops toilet paper, shower door rolls open after you close it and leaks , toilet takes two times to flush if you use toilet paper, the bathroom door has no catch latch, room door drags extremely bad when opening or closing..front entrance slider door is in bad condition, breakfast was disgusting...we tossed full plates and payed for food down the road."

"We were warmly welcomed by Vikki, found the room to be immaculately clean, hot tub and pool were well maintained too. And the food was excellent, offered both at dinnertime and breakfast. Can't say enough about the staff and the hotel."

"The only reason I gave four stars was because the shower had hair in it when I first got there. And there were people in and out of rooms at 4:30a making a lot of noise"

"The room overall was clean. The kitchen was clean and stocked with coffee. That was great! The shower floor did not seem clean and felt gritty. There was only one bathroom hook which was too large to hang a bathroom travel bag and was already holding a blow dryer. It was an inconvenience not to hang the toiletry bag inside the bathroom. The person at the front desk was pleasant but not helpful. I am comparing this to our recent stay in a small-town Townplace by Marriott in which the lady at the front desk was friendly, helpful and a great communicator. Overall a good stay."
