"there was a cockroach, our room wasn't clean when we went in to the room have pictures to prove it. had to go down to front desk to get toilet paper as the room had none. we didnt get towels had to go down to front desk to get some. also someone went to "clean" the room im assuming as they shut the air off and tv off but left the 3 full little trash bags that were sitting neatly by the door. we booked this because of the pool and the pool was down the entire time."

"I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room.I was there 8 days. By the end of my stay, you could write your name in the dust on the facial tissue holder. Used towels would be picked up; replacements not left. The shower was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk for facial tissues & toilet paper when mine ran out. The TV is extremely frustrating! You can't go directly to a channel using the remote. The guide scrolls endlessly but you can't select any shows from it.The quide...

"Buffet breakfast was good. Suite was roomy. Suite wasn’t ready when we went to check in so I was supposed to get a $60 credit which I never received. I had paid in full at time of booking through Expedia."

"Room was very large! We had 2 queens and a sofa bed and it was like the size of 2+ rooms! It was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent with a number of hot and cold options."

"Clean and well kept. Very close to the I-74 exit Join the loyalty program and everything is extremely easy. Pool and hot tub was clean and well kept. Free breakfast includes cold cereal and a waffle iron that makes good waffles. No eggs or sausage. Overall, an excellent value and I would choose this over any other budget lodging."

"We arrived at 2:35 pm and tried to check in. Normally we can pay an early arrival fee in these situations but we were not even given that option. I asked to check in and was rudely told I can be checked in after about 25 minutes and then the rude lady walked away. We went back out to our vehicle and waited. Went back in to check in after 25 mins. There was food and dirt all over the mat on the way in, all through the lobby, and even all over the rug in the elevator. Once we got to the room all...

"Staff was super friendly and attentive. The bathroom shower had a few cracks in the base which made it appear dirty. The pool water was cold and water appeared to look green(ish). We weren't sure that the filter was working so we didn't use. The breakfast was good. Nice assortment of items to choose from."

"The staff was friendly. The property is run down pool empty out of commission. Just a very old hotel. Definitely in a great area within walking distance of the downtown area. The supposed breakfast consists of a little dry cereal and bread to make toast. Butter was provided also milk for the cereal. Coffee powder creamer and sugar. So yes something was provided."

"The Hotel is a little aged. Rooms could be updated. Area around the hotel: there is a few gas stations and a few places to eat close by. Most of the Restaurants and Walmart are about 4 miles away. The only real concern I had was. Closed down business next door. Overall, it was a Hotel right off the Interstate and it had easy off -easy on access back onto the interstate. If I were traveling back pass this location, I probably would stop again for a place to sleep."
