"The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location."

"The property had a great view and was clean. The decor was dated and in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular."

"There are many things I liked about this proper. It is clean, the breakfast was wonderful, most of the staff is very friendly. What I didn’t like is that on Expedia? It said that there was laundry facilities and takeout laundry and when I showed it to them. They were like there isn’t any here. That is the reason I chose this property because we were needing to do our laundry. We ended up driving to a laundromat in town. You will notice that when you look at the pictures, I should’ve noticed this. I did not that you do not have a picture of the interior of the room on Expedia. There is a reason for this. The room is sparse but clean. You get nothing but a small plastic cup. There is a refrigerator in the room. The outside patio is very nice to sit in. To rent beach chairs and an umbrella cost $30 a day that should be in the app. It appears that they are just available. The beach is OK. It is a walk across the street. The beach is barely visible from the facility. It would be a good place for children to swim. It is very calm water. There are restaurants that are a walking distance from the hotel. They are very tourist oriented and are very pricey. There is a market nearby but it is closed in the afternoon. I would not stay here again. For the money, you can get something that has more and make sure to ask if everything that’s listed is actually available and what the cost is for using a beach chair."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes by car from the airport and right next to a shopping center. It has a swimming pool, parking in front of the hotel, and a good restaurant. When leaving before breakfast service started, guests could still enjoy coffee, juices, and croissants. I stayed at this hotel second Time and highly recommend it."

"The location was amazing. The beach views are unbeatable. This was some of the clearest water we have ever seen. However, the hotel is a bit older with some wear and tear. The rooms could have been a little more clean. Our AC unit was not working and the maintenance person said there was not much he could do, so they brought us fans. Also, important to note, there is loud music/karaoke party every night starting at 9pm and ending around midnight. Even with ear plugs in, we could still hear the music from our room, which made it difficult to sleep."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable visit. Their knowledge of this magical island was outstanding, and they provided excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and must-see attractions. The level of service felt like a 10-star concierge experience✨A special thank you to Stepania, Mona, and Antonella for their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality😉 The restaurant staff were equally impressive. Michael and the team at the pool bar were always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making every interaction a pleasant one. The property itself has a unique charm and character that sets it apart. While it may not be the most modern Boutique Hotel, it has its own style and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bathroom was updated and modern, which was a nice touch. The only minor downside for me was that the bed and pillows are a bit firmer than I prefer. The location is convenient and easy to reach by car, only about 20 minutes from Olbia's airport. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free, and there is a beautiful beach within walking distance. While there isn’t a great deal to do immediately around the property, it serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to return. The outstanding staff and welcoming atmosphere made this stay truly special."
