"A quarter of the machines were down & a couple were malfunctioning. The breakfast was okay, could've been better. Most of the staff were nice. "

"In our room the main TV didn’t work, the pillows were hard as a rock, the pool wasn’t open nor the hot tub. The furniture in the lobby was filthy with stains all over them. Will not return."

"Really great place, the staff was very nice! The room was clean, neat, everything worked well. Looks like it has been recently updated/remodeled. The outside they were doing spring cleaning and maintenance. All in all, a great choice for an inexpensive place! I'll be staying there again on my next trip."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as cereal and oatmeal options and yogurt and fresh fruit. There was a waffle maker and a toaster available. The coffee was really good and there is a water filling station. This is a very good value !"

"Hot tub is really nice and they look like they are working on the pool area and it is looking good. Room was ok except for the ac blowing warm air for 3 minutes before it started blowing cool air. It warmed the room up every time then would cool it off. "

"HI Express in Blackwell OK appears new, well-kept. No daylight allowed cuz large window opened onto parking area. Could not turn on lamp on "desk" -- tried power switch several times but no light. Shower floor in tub very slippery -- had to be very careful on faint grippers."
