"We had a great stay in this hotel and are returning clients. The location is peaceful. The facilities of the pool ( indoor and outdoor) are great. When it rained the indoor pool was useful. The level of service and quality of food in the restaurant was great. We brought our dog and they even had a separate quiet restaurant area for those with dogs which we used both evenings. Overall a great stay, we will return. "

"Fantastic place to stay in San Marino old town. Very helpful and friendly staff. Located a short walk below the main castle and close to many restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable rooms and a great selection for breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"It would be helpful when scheduling spa appointments to advise guests that bathing caps and slippers are required and available for purchase. In addition, we were not informed our reservation included, without charge, time in the hot springs. Perhaps advance notice of parking availability in your gated parking lot for a fee. In addition, a list of local restaurants for guests seeing excursions outside the premises We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Bed was hard as a rock. It is a bit remote but we loved it. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding property. We loved the pool and the on site restaurant. We did a day of horseback riding and it was a highlight of our trip."

I mentioned it to the front desk and no action was taken other than they would have house keeping do their usual tidy.
