Room was basic but comfortable with a pleasant countryside/roof top view. The meal was extremely good - the best we had eaten in 2 weeks of holiday.

We arrived at the hotel to find it closed and half derelict. Despite taking our money, the hotel had clearly not been used for a considerable time and was completely closed We are now attempting to get a refund via Expedia

Disappointing.

Reception not covered, had to 'phone for check-in. No English spoken, bar and restaurant closed. Have stayed in past several times, it was a great hotel, now under new ownership, will never stay again, very disappointed.
