"During my stay, a member of the cleaning staff iron my dress because hitel doesn't provide iron due to ':safety reasons " Unfortunately, they severely damaged the garment while pressing it. When I brought this issue to management's attention, they were dismissive refused to offer fair compensation for the ruined dress. The lack of professionalism and total disregard for guests' personal property is completely unacceptable. I would warn future guests to be extremely cautious about letting staff...

"Besides the five stars I gave for cleanliness, friendly staff, and free parking, the continental breakfast was substantial and of excellent quality. The reservation we had made at a different hotel had fallen apart and we found this one on Expedia. We arrived around 10:40 pm well after the other guests had. "Great place, staff were lovely and location was great"

"The location was excellent within walking distance of the castle, other sites of interest, shopping, and restaurants. Our loft type room was modern, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast. Note: Parking was a bit confusing. We found a lot that was very close to our room which was in a different building location than the main hotel."

"Camera pulita ed ordinata. Colazione super. Rapporto qualità-prezzo veramente ottimo."

"tutto nella norma buon soggiorno "
