Very noisy and irritating vibrating sound from the room next door due to maintenance/repairs. Got transferred to another room/floor next to housekeeping room - irritating also due to constant door closing/opening, so back to the same problem. Got lucky enough to get a 50% off buffet the were promoting inside the hotel. Delicious so much to choose from couldn't eat everything. "We stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms for our stay. Property is nice surrounded by lots of trees, flowers and they have an organic vegetable garden, however, summer in Philippines is hot. Air conditioning is good however you need the room key to start it. So when away and coming back, it will take a bit of time to get the room to a comfortable temperature. Plenty of laundry in the area, Korean Karoake bar just up the street, and not far from lagoon park / street food.
