Great Property! Newer built so everything is pretty new! Downside, no dresser in rooms if you're used to like other places. Breakfast is okay but they have live music at dinner time! Friendly staff all around

The front desk manager Marco and staff were very helpful in assisting us upon check in. During the night there was power outage and all night the room was very humid and the aircon could not be adjusted. In the morning there was a very low water pressure and not hot water to shower. The water supply was completely off as soon as I finished my bath( luckily) but I was not able to brush my teeth. My family ftom the other rooms had the same situation. The management should inform the guests if these problems happen.Many guests were unhappy from this incident. There should be a paging system to inform the guests. I praise all the staff for their friendliness and politeness.

I like the property location, very good location and convenient, so close to the Burnham Park. Property looks nice and elegant. The breakfast buffet was excellent, a lot of choices. The bathtub was kinda high and narrow and slippery, good thing there's a handrail. 3 family members slipped but other than everything is ok.

We all love the buffet & all staff are friendly & approachable. It could be really A , if there is hair conditioner, Please provide written check in time & checkout time against a wall that is visible. A security by the elevator to ask for room card/ key upon coming in the elevator.

The property was great. It was clean, modern, room was spacious and staff were friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was amazing with many options. My family enjoyed this property as well and it’s only a few minutes drive from the night market and camp John Hay.

PARKING/VALET - Non-speaking English staff, Unable to help when asked questions or direction. CONCIERGE - NONE - your on your own. Have your google Map ready. BAR/CAFE AREA - They have a latte Menu, but the person who knows how to make them is not available till 2:00pm GYM - They have stated in their website before booking there is a Gym,, but when I arrive and ask for it I was told that there are NO equipments available YET! DELUXE ROOM - More like a studio with a sofa, you can spread your arms and touch the walls even if your only 5ft 2inch. I had to upgrade to a different room to have enough room for 5 people and paid extra. NO Discount for inconvenience. BATHROOM-FAN-FAUCET-SHOWER TUB; Faucet don't drain in the sink but in the counter. Fan don't work (see pic) Whoever is the Architect that design this bathroom should be fired. TUB - make sure to wet the safety mat and the tub before placing and stepping into it or you will end up slipping and smacking your head in the tub. I ended up with a big bruise on my thigh area. WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER - Very Poor SHAMPOO-LOTION-CONDITIONER - Smells like a laundry soap "TIDE." BUILDING STRUCTURE - Outside Looks Good, But inside everything is FAKE. PARKING - GOOD, except they need signage to identify Residential Condo and Hot

Staff are very kind and friendly. The buffet breakfast is good which starts as early as 6am. The place is clean. It only has one working elevator during my stay since the other one is under repair, yet still good. Wifi is fast although there is no cable available yet. Overall, it was all worth it to stay in Sotogrande hotel.

The hotel is fairly new. It opened in October 2023. It's new, clean,the staff is courteous and friendly. Our bedroom with 2 queen beds is very clean,has a modern look with balcony with city view. Breakfast is included in the rate and it's buffet style with garlic rice, beef tapa, longganisa ( filipino sausage,) scrambled egg,danggit ( dried mini fish), arroz caldo, strawberry champorado,it's different and delicious, their pandesal tastes so good.All good for the price we paid. Beware to smokers, there's absolutely no smoking in the hotel, in the bedroom nor the balcony. This is in accordance to Baguio's new NO Smoking ordinance. The hotel,however,does not have NO Smoking signs and anyone who does will be fined.

Superb Hotel!
The best hotel we have stayed! Breakfast foods were great! All of the staffs are accommodating and friendly! We had special request for our dinner’s dishes and they nailed them! Their menu offers generous portion for affordable price, yet great in quality! The room is also cozy and clean! This will be our first go to hotel next time we go back to Baguio!

A few improvements needed to be a winner.
The hotel was modern, clean and the service was exemplary. There were a few things that need to be improved for this to be a first class stay. The internet was spotty and not reliable. I was told it is being upgraded. The breakfast buffet was subpar. The food looked like slop. We found a slug in the black olives at the salad bar. There was no toaster nor any milk for coffee. Very slim pickings. But this can all be easily remedied. Hopefully the management takes heed.

The personnel were friendly and attentive. Cleanliness was paramount, and the breakfast superb. Laundry was same day service and inexpensive. When we stayed, the hotel was completely booked by a convention, and the hallway echoed from the rowdy guests. Jens, the manager, graciously moved us to a quieter room, which we appreciated. Noise aside, I have only good things to say about our stay.

Very weak to no Internet in the bedroom area of the suites 2. No room service 3. Water heater in shower not working 4. Need to finish entrance to hotel which is still under construction

The hotel is clean. The room is clean as well. The staff prepared the room in advance for me. I felt special especially the welcome note that they had for me. The breakfast was outstanding! I love it! The staff are all sensitive with all of my needs. They took care of us really well. If I would go to Baguio again, I would definitely stay in Sotogrande Hotel! ❤️🥰
