"We stay at this resort every year as part of a soccer tournament. We look forward to the convenience of the resort, cleanliness, and amenities. However, this year was very different. Our room had a leaky toilet, no hot water, and there was no shower curtain for the tub in our bathroom. This is unacceptable for a place that cost us over $400 per night. There were delivery trucks at 5:00 am which was very noisy and disruptive.
We may think of an alternate next summer."

"The housekeeping was good with daily needs/ making beds. The property view was really beautiful and nice to walk around and look at the fish in the water and turtles. Our toilet kept clogging which was really frustrating (4x in total within 7 day stay.) parking price is decent not too crazy. We noticed above our toilet there was a big damp spot under the ceiling paint which was a little gross/ the rooms are not the cleanest but overall the stay was good and I am very picky with my stays.
