We had a room with a queen bed and pull out couch. The pull out was terribly uncomfortable, and the queen bed was nice! Breakfast was great!

No elevator and no gym (fitness room)

No elevator in the building and we got a room on the second floor. No gym in the hotel. And the breakfast was very busy and hard to get a table. There was a lady in charge of breakfast and she was very nice and helpful. You get what you pay.

The hotel staff are on strike. I was not impressed, not informed and very disappointed with the lack of communication from the staff and expedia regarding this check in. However the security guard on duty was very helpful and very easy to talk with so i would like to say a big thanks to him. As a union person myself to cross a picket line is not a good feeling because i can't relax knowing someone could potentially damage my vehicle or give my aunt, mother and myself who are all traveling together. When you book any hotel you pay for a room but you also pay for a service which in no way did we get. There is no one here, not even a desk clerk. So overall I'm very disappointed with the service and i would also be very disappointed without a refund. On very short notice i had no other options available. But once again to the security guard on duty i have to say thanks for his help, he definitely deserved the credit to why I'm here for the nite under the conditions i am dealt with.

Une télécommande dans toute l'hôtel pour changer la source de la télévision qui n'était pas fonctionnel à l'arrivée dans la chambre??? Pas de verre en vitre dans la chambre ni à la réception? Les résidents du 2ième étage doivent parcourir la longueur de 2 longueur de corridors pour atteindre la réception. Manque de personnel de nettoyage des chambres à l'arrivée. L'entrée du Boul. Laflèche à l'hôtel est ridiculement étroit. Pas de personnel à la réception avant 8h le matin. Lit king avec une seule table de chevet??? Tapis de chambre surutilisé et taché à plusieurs endroits. Salle de bain propre et adéquate. Cet hôtel est obsolète! Deux chambres réservés alors que j'avais prépayé et réservé une chambre. Les ingrédients sont en place pour une éventuelle fermeture!

We were made welcomed upon entering the lobby, the receptionist's was very helpful with making me feel comfortable regarding parking. Breakfast was offered to us however we had to leave before 6:00
