Hôtel dans le centre historique de Baie-St-Paul

Hôtel dans un bâtiment historique qui n'est pas mis en valeur par les propriétaires. Beaucoup de bibelots et objets divers camouflant les atouts de cette belle et vaste maison. Chambres vieillottes et vétustes, lit peu confortable, température de l'eau de la douche variable, vieux tapis, couvre-lit et coussins dégageant les odeurs corporelles des autres clients... Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial, le petit déjeuner est excellent.

Maison pittoresque avec aile des années 80.

Décevant. L'aubergiste qui était à l'accueil nous à laissé un goût amer. J'ai fait la réservation la journée même. Nous avons eu un problème qui nous à amener à vouloir annuler la réservation. J'ai donc appeler directement à l'auberge. On m'a répondu qu'il ne fesait pas cela pour les réservations effectuées via Expédia, qu'il faillait que j'annule via Expédia. J'ai tenté de le faire, mais ce n'était pas possible. Alors, nous y sommes allés quand même. À notre arrivé, l'aubergiste ne retrouvait pas notre réservation. Pourtant le matin même, au moment de mon appel, l'aubergiste me disait qu'il l'avait, ce que je lui ai rappelé. Et là d'apprendre qu'elle avait annulé ma réservation. Surprise. L'aubergiste, une dame, nous trouve une chambre soit disant plus chère et plus luxueuse, puisque toutes celles réservées à Expédia étaient prises. Encore là une déception. Elle n'était pas située dans la partie pittoresque et la décoration désuette des années 80. Deplus, l'insonorisation laissait à désiré, elle était sombre et trop petite pour contenir tous les meubles. L'eau de la piscine n'était pas limpide et était froide. au moment de régler la facture, encore une surprise. Le montant n'était plus le même, plus élevé de 10$. Meme si c'est peu, ce n'était pas le montant indiqué au moment de mon enregistrement. Le prétexte, c'était que j'avais réservé via Expédia, même si je n'ai pas eu la chambre de je devais avoir (celles réservés pour Expédia). La dame aubergiste était arrogante.

Hôtel bien situé au coeur de Baie-Saint-Paul

L'hôtel est bien situé au cœur de Baie-Saint-Paul sur la Saint-Jean-Baptiste, près des nombreuses galeries d'art et restaurants. Une des parties de l'hôtel est une maison historique. Bon accueil; personnel sympathique. L'hôtel est cependant un peu tristounet et suranné. Chambres petites pour un séjour avec une famille.
