The whole hotel is gorgeous. Our room was beautifully decorated with a lovely view. The grounds are spectacular. The lobby was fabulous- lots of seating, live music and games to borrow. There was even a skating oval with skates to borrrow. The restaurant was lovely and the service and food excellent. We definitely want to go back!

This is the loveliest larger hotel in Charlevoix for sure! It is mid-century style with a quality yet simple elegance. Very comfortable to enjoy the outdoors and hotel public spaces as well as the extremely well appointed rooms. Both re"Route des Saveurs" area- a family can still enjoy a delicious evening pizza meal. The spa was our favorite activity during the cold weather- 3 separate outdoor hot/cold spas, a eucalyptus steam room and, sauna and ice bath inside- incredibly relaxing way to spend an hour or two and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and we plan on returning with family!staurants are top-notch but not overpriced for this

The pool area needs a little bit of improvements, such as lunges chairs and some repainting but besides that the all place is great. Cleanliness, staff, restaurant. And what a charming idea to have included a station of the “ petit train du Charlevoix” right in the property! We will come back for sure!

Lovely place with a distinct "farm" theme - animals in the back yard, outdoor spa, etc. We have been there several times over the years. It is getting a bit pricey, but is always interesting.
