"I personally would not stay here again. My shower was not hot, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel for hours to stand in the cold for hours. I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO...

"Breakfast was good and hearty, plenty of options. The cleaning staff was good. The room thermostat did not work well and as a result it was too warm until I switched rooms. The parking garage pass I was given never worked and I repeatedly had to get a replacement after not being able to get out of the garage."

"From a value for money point of view very poor. Rooms were large n spacious but NO Air-conditioning, plastic glasses, poor quality soap n shampoos no coffee machine just kettle and packet coffee no milk paid for parking yet not lit and at night can see your hand in front of your face Will not go again"

"Das Frühstück ist maximal Durchschnitt. 15 Minuten warten auf Brot und Brötchen ist schon ein Armutszeugnis. Des weiteren wurde Marmelade oder Schokocreme nicht aufgefüllt und die Schokocreme fand am Sonntag überhaupt nicht mehr statt..."
