"The room wasn't as expected. I signed up for 1st floor due to wheelchair and original room was 2nd floor with steps. Front desk clerk fixed as best as she could. Still had to get up 1 step but doable. The bedding and carpet were stained in numerous places. It had been "cleaned" but just no care in presentation. Stains are bothersome! Metal bed frame piece sticking out on 1 bed and could've caused injury if bumped against. Wiring for smoke detector in ceiling but it wasn't there. Hairdryer heating element exposed...fire risk, so we unplugged. Only 2 lamps in the room, very low light. Stayed in worse but this felt very run down and there was a significant lack of upkeep. Won't stay here again"

"The breakfast menu was very limited. The rooms are dated and ours smelled like an old smoking room. Didn’t appreciate the $250 per night that they charged just because there was a function in town, and it was absolutely not worth it. It was also very difficult to get to from the freeway "

"Clean room, pool area w towels was great for the kids. Disappointing breakfast w not a single gluten or dairy free option for a highly allergic child. Many Comfort Inns have had gluten free muffins and other fruit options. No such luck. She was hoping for apple juice but only orange drink. There should be a few options for food allergies. Other than that it was fine. "

"The staff at the front desk were wonderful, very helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean. The location is great. They do offer a continental breakfast, and the Wi-Fi works well. I would recommend."
