"Super nice staff, underground safe parking, and lots of walkable spaces to go to. However, there was a clump of hair in the bed sheets, multiple of the towels had brown and black stains and overall felt a little unclean. But the hotel was was great."

"Front desk were quick to get us checked in. There were 3 tour groups in front of us, but we only waited about 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Asked for a high level in the hotel and they got us a room on the 32nd floor. I like the elevator - you can only go to your floor. ..."
