"Well first the positives: the staff were pleasant and check in/out process was easy. Lots of parking. Great location. The room was very reasonably priced comparatively. The rest: the room really had an odor! The sheets were clean but ill fitting. Our room had a kitchen that we paid a bit more for but there was only a tiny saucepan and some frying pans- nothing to use for the oven as the pots/pans had plastic handles. We used the pot as a kettle. The toaster barely worked. There was a beat up microwave that we didn’t use. There were no dish cloths/towels but staff supplied a ripped up cloth and towel when we asked. They also do not do facecloths but were great when we asked for extra hand towels. We didn’t try the pool so can’t review that. I have to say that I knew a bit what I was getting into but wasn’t expecting the kitchen and room to be quite so run down. Maybe it’s just the kitchen suites ? All in all our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and it wasn’t terrible mostly because of the location, pleasant staff, and clean and comfortable beds. "

"The room was clean and appeared recently renovated, but we did notice a few issues (empty body wash, a loose shower head, and a slow-draining sink). Breakfast was great—scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle maker, plus the usual continental options. The gym was basic but spacious and very clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked well-maintained and had a waterslide. We would definitely stay here again."
