"Marea Baja was a great place. At the time of booking, the price seemed a bit pricey, but upon arrival it was worth every penny. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well located — super accessible to downtown, restaurants, bars, and everything else. The front desk staff were very helpful and genuinely happy to recommend their favorite local spots for food and drinks. I loved the vibe!!"

"The property is at the end of the malecón, but still not too far from downtown. There were a lot of repairs going on, but it didn’t bother us. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. There wasn’t a lot of places that can have more the 2-4 guests so this really worked out for us. We had 5 guests and an ocean view."

"Absolutely loved staying at Abasolo Clubhouse. It felt like you were staying at a friends home. It’s quiet and quaint. The hotel is tastefully decorated. Location: close enough to the malecón that you can walk if you’d like, but far enough that you can’t hear the bustle. We rented a car and the hotel had street parking available. We were able to rent an umbrella and towels for our beach trips. Will definitely recommend and return."

"Wonderful location with an amazing ocean view. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful, and since our flight was delayed for a few hours, they kindly allowed us a complimentary late check-out. We hope to be back soon!"

"Mold in shower. Not a very acceptable room for the price. Hard to find the entrance and check in lobby. Restaurant not open very late and food not great. Pool was not very inviting. Loud hard to sleep, other guests. Just can not recommend this property."

"Hotel is really old it doesn’t really matte, the huge problem is that the rooms are very dirty shower with mold room smell really bad the hotel is very old sheets where sandy . however the beach area is beautiful and the food and service was great. Will definitely not reserve again."
