"The best thing going on for this place is location. Can't beat it with a stick! You are right on the beach, and that may be all you need. Rooms are outdated, could use a big refresh, though they are clean and A/Cs work perfectly (an absolute must in the summer). Bathrooms are another matter... they are small and uncomfortable. This said, none of it may matter much if you just want to unwind at the beach. See above, it's right there, just a few steps away. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Same with restaurant staff, and breakfast is really good. Security is present, too. Definitely looking forward to our next stay here. Oh and make sure you pet Simba at the front office!"

"The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little antiquated but fine. If it were modern, it’ll be excellent. Front desk: super helpful and nice. House keeping: everyone was good except for the one day. One cleaning attended didn’t do a good job and tried to make it seem us as a problem. We left the room and when we come back the the beds were kind of made and the room has a smell that wasn’t there before. Like they used a steam vacuum with old water. On top of that left now towels for the room. We brought to the attention of the cleaning attendant and we very rude. Should’ve reported to someone but didn’t. Parking: didn’t like the fact we had to pay for parking meanwhile casino goers it is free. Dennys Restaurant onsite is nice for a quick fix/bite. Their staff super sweet and respectful. They should have renovation for guest’s that stay in the far building. At least have an entrance there from the parking lot. Pool area is nice and clean. Overall a please stay. I would use them again."

"The resort itself is in a great location — being directly on the beach while also having stores and restaurants nearby was very convenient. The outside of the property was nice and presentable, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. It was also a gated resort, and despite there being stray cats, chickens, occasional iguanas, and birds wandering around, they were harmless and honestly added to the island atmosphere. Unfortunately, the stay itself was disappointing due to the number of issues experienced throughout our visit. There were ants inside the room daily, the toilet tank frequently would not refill which left us unable to flush multiple times, and housekeeping only serviced the room every three days, which did not make much sense for a beachfront resort where sand is constantly tracked inside. We also experienced our key card stopping working the day before checkout, loss of hot water one day, and during the repair process the water to the toilet was shut off and never turned back on afterward. Also, early morning construction noise was disruptive during the stay. While the location and staff were positives, the repeated maintenance and cleanliness issues made the overall experience far less enjoyable than expected."
