"I don't like the fact that there isn't some sort of Continental breakfast. I especially don't like the fact that they close their Gates so you're unable to exit and enter at your own. Will. You have to call someone in the office and hopefully their answer? If you can find a way to get their phone number. There shouldn't be any reason to completely lock up the residence or lock the residents out like that. I wouldn't stay here again because of that."

"I never checked in. When I arrived, there were transients in the parking lot. As I approached the front door there were two more looking in the trash can. I came in and expressed my concern. The front desk representative told me they were fine they were just looking for food or cigarettes. I did not feel safe as I had to leave again for dinner and leave early in the morning and the element around the hotel did not support those activities. I was worried about my vehicle and would feel trapped in my room to be safe. Of course they would not refund me since I booked through Expedia. I opted to lose the amount I paid and move to a different hotel for my safety concerns."
