"The staff are very helpful & accommodating. Clean and accessible."

"I had a different expectation upon checking in knowing this was a 5-star hotel. There were couple of things that I need to mention for evaluation and consideration. 1. We didn’t end up using the tub. The water was brown. 2. The blower/hair dryer wasn’t working either. 3. We checked out early and no one was answering the phone for concierge request for suitcases to be brought down."

"The room is okay. Shower has low pressure and only hot water working. On our 3rd night, there were mosquitoes and have requested to change room and frond desk gladly pit is in another room."
