Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. However, we encountered an issue with the bidet faucet, which was not functioning. The staff was remarkably friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there were occasional lapses in providing coffee during breakfast, and the food choices were limited. Despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel boasts a good location, a generously sized and comfortable room, and offers good value for money.

The room was adequate, the bed was comfortable and staff were nice but ineffective, for example, when I called for room service which was supposed to be 24 hours, I was told to call back in 2 hours to try again, this was at 9 at night! A staff member kindly helped me book a taxi and put the wrong destination. I asked for more towels because housekeeping kept taking them without leaving fresh ones, but the front desk never sent them up. Housekeeping made a valiant effort to keep things clean, but the hotel interior is in desperate need of a refurbishment. If you can reach room service, the food is delicious and plentiful.

The experience was terrible. When we arrived, we were placed in a room without any sheets or bedding at all. The bathroom had stains that looked like dirt, and the service was awful – they don’t even speak basic English. Everything was disappointing. Do not book this place.

Ailecek kaldık. Odamız çok geniş ve ferahtı. Pencereden Neft baza futbol okulunun antrenmanlarını zevkle seyrettik. Ücretsiz çay, kahve, içme suyu, bilardo, spor salonu ve sauna vardı. Ulaşımı kolay. Etrafında bolca market ve restoran vardı. Odalar çok sıcaktı. Yataklar rahat. Biz memnun kaldık
